QA Engineer

SCALABLE is seeking full time QA engineers for the Los Angeles office.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development and execution of test cases on real-time network simulation and emulation products
• Execution of sanity tests to validate software builds
• Assist in designing and implementing automated test suites for all product suites
• Document and communicate issues, risks and concerns to stakeholders, developers, sponsors
• Work closely with product, project and development teams to identify and resolve technical, business, and process related issues
• Derive software acceptance criteria based on the software requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Proficiency in scripting language
• Familiarity with software engineering processes/methodologies

Additional / Plus Qualifications:

• SQL and web browser based testing
• Familiarity with unit testing
• Experience with automated test tools
• Experience with C/C++ and/or other object oriented programming languages
