NTI Named QualNet Distributor in Japan

SNT has signed a distribution agreement with Nippon Telematique Incorporated (NTI) of Tokyo, Japan. NTI is a joint venture of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) and ITOCHU, two of the top 20 companies on the Fortune Magazine Global 500 List in 2002. NTI plans to sell SNT's QualNet software to the telecommunications industry in Japan and establish services in that region.

NTI was established in 1985 as a joint venture by NTT and ITOCHU. NTI combines the world's leading communications technologies from NTT with the international business strengths of ITOCHU Corporation. The company distributes products from Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems and Lucent Technologies, among other global providers of network computing technologies.

QualNet 3.5.2

Do you have the latest version of SNT's software? QualNet Developer 3.5.2 is the most recent release. If you are a QualNet customer, you can get unlimited software updates while your support contract is still valid. Simply revisit the web download page where you originally downloaded QualNet and check which documents and files are new.

Customers considering upgrading to 3.5.2 should consider waiting to upgrade to an even more feature-rich release, QualNet 3.6, scheduled for the beginning of March, 2003. QualNet 3.6 is slated to have new models for 802.11a, satellite, and cellular GSM. We'll send more information on QualNet 3.6 closer to the release date.


AUSA Winter Symposium

Come see QualNet at the AUSA Winter Symposium, February 26-28, 2003 in Fort Lauderdale, FL.  QualNet will be featured in a software demonstration at the Northrop Grumman booth-- #1303.   For a Northrop Grumman project, SNT has integrated QualNet to Satellite Tool Kit developed by Analytical Graphics.  The end result is a battlefield communications simulation that's extremely engaging visually while statistics-rich in terms of network performance metrics.

FREE QualNet Executive Briefing in Washington DC

Spend a morning on Monday March 17th from 9:30 to 1:30pm getting to know QualNet at the QualNet Executive Briefing.  Hosted by SNT, this half-day seminar will feature Rajive Bagrodia, SNT's President and Founder, who will present where QualNet fits into US Department of Defense strategic programs.  Dr. Rich Meyer, Director of Development for SNT, will give a short demo of the QualNet.
