As the days start to heat up, SNT is experiencing a wave of hot new projects and customers. We've got a lot of news to share with you, most notably the opening of our European office. We've also got news on upcoming training workshops, QualNet World in October in Boston, and, as usual, a few new customers to announce. Read on!

SNT Commences European Operations


Now our European customers can get more personalized attention from SNT staff in Europe. The European operations of SNT are managed by Alain Bertaud in Lyon, France. The territories covered by the European office are Europe (including Russia) and Israel.

If you are a current or prospective customer in this region, you now have your own technical support email address: eurosupport@scalable-networks.com. Rest assured that the same talented team of QualNet experts will manage support for European customers.

QualNet 3.6.1

SNT has released a minor update (patch) to the April 3.6 release. In short, the updates to QualNet for the 3.6.1 release are:

  • Animator bug fix (background image, hierarchical node positioning)
  • AODV Model Update
  • DSR Model Update
  • EIGRP Model Update
  • ODMRP Model Update
  • RIPv2 Model Update
  • Packet Tracing Update
For more information about the 3.6.1 release, visit the web page from which you originally downloaded QualNet. Most customers will not be affected by the update. However, if you wish to download the patch for QualNet 3.6.1, simply use the username and password we sent you to download QualNet 3.6. You will also need to download the new model libraries.

Note: New logins and passwords were sent to all QualNet licensees in April. If you or the official QualNet licensee(s) for your organization have not received a new login and password from us, send an email to license@scalable-networks.com.

QualNet Training Workshop in Los Angeles
SNT is holding a 3-day QualNet Training Workshop in Los Angeles, California from Tuesday July 15th through Thursday July 17th. People wishing to attend can sign up for 1, 2, or 3 days.

Cost: $1895 for 3 days, $1350 for 2 days, $675 for one day.
