Announcing QualNet 3.9.5

QualNet 3.9.5 is now available for download. A minor release, QualNet 3.9.5 has new and updated models, plus support for new computing platforms.

New models included in QualNet version 3.9.5 include 802.16 and 802.16e, also known as WiMAX. The WiMAX Library is a starter kit for broadband wireless networks, and SNT plans to add more functionality in future releases.

QualNet Developer 3.9.5 also supports two new platforms: 64-bit Windows XP and Mac OS X, in addition to Windows NT/2000/XP, 32- and 64-bit Linux, and Sun Solaris 8. Other additions in version 3.9.5 are interoperability improvements for the IP Network Emulation Library, which enables real networks to connect seamlessly with QualNet, and 12 updated models. For more details on the new release, please see the QualNet Model Libraries sheet.

Existing customers with up-to-date maintenance can download the new release on their download page. If you do not have the password to your download page, send us an email.

All others are invited to download a 2-week evaluation of QualNet Developer 3.9.5.
