Teaching materials

QualNet Exercises and Animations
The DEGAS networking group at the University of Delaware has developed this set of instruction aids, consisting of animations of ad hoc protocols (such as DSR, AODV, 802.11), and a set of simulation exercises which serve as a companion to the networking textbook "Computer Networking, a top down approach featuring the Internet" (2nd edition) by Kurose and Ross.

QualNet Tutorial
A collection of slides developed by SNT, with contributions from the University of Delaware, that are suitable for giving an introductory lecture on QualNet.

Related Software and Utilities

BonnMotion
BonnMotion is a Java software which creates and analyses mobility scenarios. It is developed within the Communication Systems group at the Institute of Computer Science IV of the University of Bonn, Germany, where it serves as a tool for the investigation of mobile ad hoc network characteristics.

The scenarios can also be exported for the network simulator ns-2 and GlomoSim/QualNet.
