What is the difference between "Forum Support" and "Annual Maintenance & Technical Support" contract?

What's Included:  QualNet technical support for duration of contract with guaranteed response time.

Recommended For: Students and educational users who require accurate and timely responses.

To get technical support you can simply send your questions via email to support@scalable-networks.com. All questions are guaranteed a quality response by our technical support team. The maximum duration for getting a response is before close of next business day, though it is typically sooner.

 
Option 2: QualNet Community Forums

Cost
: Free

What's Included: Peer to peer support. Response is not guaranteed. No quality or timeline guarantee for responses. Bug fixes & version upgrades are not included.

Recommended For:  Students & educational users who can mostly self resolve issues.

To use this option, goto http://www.scalable-networks.com/forums/ and register. Instant access is granted. QualNet Community Forums are completely supported by peer forum members (mostly students & educational users) and are available at no cost. These are not directly affiliated with QualNet Technical Support which is available for purchase via Email Support agreement.  QualNet Technical Support sometimes may provide courtesy responses to selected unanswered questions posted on the forum that have been unanswered for some time, however forum users are not guaranteed a response or a response time.
