Culver City, CA (11 April 2018) — SCALABLE Network Technologies, Inc. (SCALABLE), a leader in wireless network design and optimization products, announced today that Jeff Hoyle, Captain, US Navy (Retired) has been appointed Vice President, Federal Programs. In this new role, Hoyle will work alongside SCALABLE’s sales and engineering teams to grow the software and services business within the Federal Government. As part of the Executive Management team, Hoyle will leverage his extensive industry experience in developing and strengthening SCALABLE’s strategy and position within major Defense programs.

While on active duty, Hoyle commanded the strategic missile submarine USS MAINE (SSBN 741) and was a Major Program Manager within the Joint Program Executive Office for the Joint Tactical Radio System, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command. In the latter role, he successfully delivered 24 complex tactical systems to Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps, including extensive modeling and simulation to validate requirements, support development and test solutions. Since retiring from the Navy, Hoyle served as Director of Technology and Programs at AtHoc, Inc and Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, as well as consulting with various Defense companies.
Hoyle graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Naval. He later earned Master of Science degrees in Ocean Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Product Development from the Naval Postgraduate School as well as Masters of Business Administration from Chaminade University.
