SCALABLE Supports STRATCOM Cyber Situational Awareness Experiment

– EXata+Cyber simulation platform part of successful Joint Concept for Cyberspace exercise –

calendarLos Angeles, CA — SCALABLE Network Technologies, Inc. (SCALABLE), the leader in communications simulation technology, announced today that the EXata+Cyber simulated cyber attack platform was part of the successful Limited Objective Experiment 3 (LOE 3) exercises that were recently concluded. Over 40 players in three domestic and one international location participated in the week-long experiment, which took a team of government managers and third-party contractors months to prepare. The objective of this experiment was to understand to what degree cyberspace situational awareness integration affects the Joint Force Commander’s ability to make timely and informed decisions in command and control of forces in all domains.

We are very pleased to play a part in these important cyberspace experiments. This work that US STRATCOM is leading is vital to protecting critical assets from cyber attack. We will continue to enhance our simulation technology so that models of even more sophisticated cyber threats can be used in support of national defense.
